Can the projects/designs come as a CD or on a stick?
Our projects and designs only come as email download. Your nearest machine stockist can assist you to save the download email to CD or memory stick/USB stick.
I have bough the wrong format - now what?
Irene will send you the correct format for your machine. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and she will send the correct format for your machine
Does the project or design come with fabric?
Our projects and designs are instant download only and they come to you via email within 1 hour to 12 hours. Please also check your spam or promotions folder. If you put the wrong email address in, no designs will come to you. Please email us your correct email address as we have no way of contacting you if your email address is incorrect
I can't download or open my designs ?
The designs need to be downloaded then unzipped. Irene can send the unzipped files to you - please email email@example.com or you can download a free unzipping programme called 7 zip
You have the wrong format. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the correct format for your machine.
If your designs are disappearing when you click to download, then you need to look in the download section of your computer
I cant open my .pdf instructions

- Click Save to download the Reader installer.
- When the downloaded file appears at the bottom of the browser window, click the .exe file for Reader.
Are all prices in US Dollars?
Yes, all our prices are US dollar and not Canadian or Australian

- On last checkout page type code into discount box.
- Press the apply button.

I can't find the discount box and I am buying by mobile
Please contact email@example.com as there is a an extra drop down menu which you need to unhide when you are shopping on mobile to reveal the discount box.
